You must park at the Township’s parking lot off of Church Farm Lane (accessible from Swedesford Road). The Chester Valley Trailhead parking area and restrooms are designated for trail users.

Coed Division 1– Ages 5 and 6
Coed Division 2– Ages 7, 8 and 9
Coed Division 3– Ages 10 and 11
Coed Division 4– Ages 12 and Up
*Volunteer coaches are needed for teams. Head Coach volunteers can receive a 50% refund on registration fees. No prior experience is necessary! You only need to make a 1-hr Friday practice and 1-hr Saturday gameday commitment! Subject to availability. The league policy assigns (1) Head Coach per team - REGISTER HERE
*Youth boys and girls ages 5-14 will be assigned to a coed division to produce competitively balanced rosters. All players not older than 14 as of December 31st, 2023, are eligible to play.
*Official NFL FLAG reversible jersey and flags included with registration!
*Athletic attire and non-metal football cleats/sneakers required. Mouthpieces are recommended, but not required.
*Season runs for a total of 7 weeks, which includes 1 playoff round and championship game.
*Every team will have 1 weekly practice on Friday night.
*All games are played on Saturdays starting at 10am and finish by 2pm. Youngest divisions play first.
*Game format is 5v5. Format is subject to change based on number of registered participants.
*Games run for 2 x 20 minute halves. Each team is given 2 timeouts for the entire game.
*Teams will be built by the director making every attempt to balance evenly. Parents will be asked to evaluate their child’s ability and experience during the registration process. Please be as accurate as possible to the best of your knowledge. Players may make a request to play with a friend or for carpooling. No requests are guaranteed, but director will try to accommodate at least one matching request per player.

Our league is built on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to play and enjoy the game of football, regardless of skill level or experience. Flag football's inclusivity is a key part of its appeal, providing opportunities for diverse player participation, including female athletes.
The Exton Premier NFL FLAG Football League was born out of a desire to fill a gap in our community for an exciting, inclusive sport that kids of all abilities can pick up quickly and enjoy while honing their skills. The surge in popularity for flag football is undeniable, as demonstrated by the NFL's transition of its Pro Bowl format from tackle to flag in 2022, receiving overwhelming positive feedback from players and fans alike. As a licensee of the NFL's renowned NFL FLAG program, we place a strong emphasis on football fundamentals and community involvement.
We're proud to be 100% volunteer-based, from our dedicated coaches to our enthusiastic referees. Safety is our top priority, which is why our non-contact format ensures that kids can have fun and stay safe on the field. With no tackling, diving, blocking, screening, or fumbles, parents can rest assured that their child's well-being is always our primary concern.
